Retired Alabama Department of Transportation Project Engineer William Rozier has been named to serve on the Advisory Committee of the National Task Force on Community Preparedness and Response. He will help communities prepare for terrorist threats and incidents of mass casualty and destruction, including hurricanes and other disasters. The Hon. James S. Gilmore, III, a former governor of Virginia and chairman of the National Council on Readiness and Preparedness, invited Rozier to serve on the committee.
